Our Policies Have Changed

Returning an Item

Previously we requested that you return items within 30 days. Items may now be returned within 90 days. We realize you need time to look through a product and maybe try it out before you know if you’d like it or not. Increasing the return time to 90 days gives you this flexibility.

Processing Orders

Awana processes most orders within 72 hours, excluding busy times in the fall (Aug. 15 through Sept. 30), weekends and holidays. Standard delivery time to destinations averages seven days (delivery time). For quicker delivery, select Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day delivery. Note that total time to receive your order is processing time + delivery time by the carrier. For quicker processing, you may choose to Rush you order for an additional fee.

Rushing an Order

If you would like to bypass the standard processing time, you may choose to Rush your order for an additional fee of $19.99 – or $49.99 during our busy season (Aug. 15 through Sept. 30).
