Awana Games Partial Team
What is a partial team? Individual registrations will be accepted for AwanaGames. If you don't have enough for a full team, but have students that want to participate, SIGN THEM UP! There will be a separate division for these combined teams. This will allow many of the smaller churches to compete in this exciting event.
The Summit contact person will be notified the week of February 12 of team placement.
There are many opportunities to volunteer during Summit. Contact DonnaF@awana.org for more info.
Wristbands and Daily Passes
Wristband or daily passes are required for ALL adults and students who are attending Summit, not just the youth leaders and the students.
Daily spectator passes are available for the competitions and events (AwanaGames, Bible Quiz, Fine Arts, Volleyball and the Citation Ceremony) and can be purchased for $10 each day at the Summit Office.
The Summit Office is located at the Legends Room and is open each day. Office hours will be posted at Summit.
For general Summit questions please contact the Summit Director, Harvey Hagen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For event specific questions please contact the venue coordinator listed at the bottom of each event page.
A cash lunch station will be set up Sunday in the Mega Center and Monday at the Garden Atrium.
Parking, and lots of it, is FREE. Plenty of space for cars, vans and buses right at Pheasant Run.
Lost and Found
Lost items turned in to Summit will be stored in the Summit office. Any items not claimed by the end of Summit will be held for 30 days and then thrown or given away.
Shipping costs/postage for any items sent to you after Summit is the responsibility of the Summit attendee.
As long as you are in the Chicagoland, why not stop by Awana Headquarters in Streamwood and take a tour of Awana? You can also tour Awana's shipping and warehouse building at Penny Lane in nearby Schaumburg.
Tour times are Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm. We encourage you to sign up ahead of time to get a time that works with your schedule. There are no weekend tours. To sign up contact Becky Smith at email@example.com.
A special offering will be taken this year for Children at Risk. Learn more or donate.
