Sparky Shines His Light
Sparky the Firefly’s very first storybook. Every bug is the best at doing something, except Sparky—or so he thinks. While deep in the Deciduous Forest, the little bugs learn an important lesson about being thankful.
The Sparks Storybook Series
by Jack Eggar, and illustrated by Joel Fulkerson and Jerry Stangl
Having delighted children for more than three decades as the beloved mascot of the Sparks® club, Sparky the Firefly made his storybook debut in Sparky Shines His Light by Jack Eggar. The adventures of Sparky and his bug friends from Stump Village continue in Sparky Frees the Flea, the second installment in a beautifully illustrated series of tales that both teach and delight. And there will certainly be more to come from the little bugs of the Deciduous Forest.
