Awana uses the best carriers in the business to make sure that your order gets to you on time. Learn more about shipping times, methods and costs.
The ‘Ships’ or ‘Processing’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse.
The ‘Delivers’ date range is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.
We make every effort to ship your items within three business days. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
All estimates are based on business days.
We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks. Backorders are not billed to your account or credit card until the items are shipped. Special shipping is for first delivery only. Backorders will not ship via 2 Day or Next Day delivery. If a product you want is backordered, look at its product page on the Awana Store for a date on which it is expected to be in-stock. If you do not see a date, you may call Awana Customer Care at 866-292-6227.
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select 1 Day or 2 Day delivery, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
Cost for Shipping Backorders
We process and ship backordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
International shipments are charged 19% of the value of the order plus $35.00 for standard shipping. For expedited shipping options, please contact Customer Care.
Problems with Your Shipment
