Returns Policy
The Awana Store is happy to replace an item or to refund the
credit card originally used for its purchase. Simply repack the item(s) in the
original packaging, together with the packing slip and follow these simple
steps:

Contact our customer service department by calling 1-888-292-6248 to receive an
Item Return (IR) number; write down the IR number, then…

…Be sure to complete the return form at the bottom of the packing slip and
enclose it with the item(s) being returned. Don’t forget to write your IR
number on the return form!

Use the shipping label that is attached to the packing slip to return your
item(s) to: Awana Clubs International c/o AFC 1620 Penny Lane, Schaumburg,
Illinois 60173

For your security, please return your item(s) using an insured courier within
60 days of receipt and retain your receipt, as the Awana Store is not
responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

We will not accept any shipments that arrive C.O.D.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or not the
correct product, the Awana Store will provide a prepaid, return
shipping label.

Downloadable files for purchase, such as music, video, presentations, books,
etc., are not available for return credit.
