Past Orders

Using this function, you can view orders by Ship To address and print selected orders that you've placed in previously based orders. You can even re-order products included in a past order.

  1. In the My Accounts screen, click on Past Orders.

  2. In the Customer Order Details screen, you can enter search criteria, re-order products based on past ordering information, view details of a previous order or print information about prior orders.

To reorder:

In the Customer Order History screen, click the Select button for the item for the applicable order. Click the Reorder button. The Review Cart screen displays.

To view details about an order:

When you click the View Order Detail button, the Customer Order Details screen displays. This screen contains information about the current order, including:

Bill To Address
Ship To Address
Order Number
Order Status
- values include 1) Pick Confirm, 2) Ship Confirm, 3) Invoiced and 4) Complete
Item Number
Item Description

Qty Ordered
Qty Shipped
Extended Amount
- the total value of the quantity of an item purchased, calculated as quantity multiplied by the unit price

To print details about an order:

Select an order and click Print Order Detail. The system generates a printer-friendly version of the order information.
