Check Out Information


In the Check Out Information screen:

  1. Select a Billing Address OR click the Add New Billing Location button to add a new billing address. Note that the billing address is the location where the bill for the credit card that you're using for this purchase is sent.
  2. Select a Ship To Location OR click the Add New Shipping Location button to add a new billing address.
  3. In the POReference # field, enter your name if you do not have a purchase order number.
  4. Select a Shipping Method from the pulldown list.

    ** MONEY-SAVING TIP: If you ship to a commercial location in the United States , choose UPG for UPS Ground shipping. It will cost less than shipping to a residence using UPS Residential shipping services. If you choose UPG for shipping to a commercial address, but the address is actually a residence, UPS will charge extra.
  5. Enter any special delivery instructions in the Delivery Notes field (example: "Beware of dog", "Please put on back porch").
  6. Enter your e-mail address in the applicable fields.
  7. Enter your credit card information. Confirm the ZIP Code where the bill is sent for the credit card that you are using for this purchase.
  8. Click Confirm Order. As soon as you confirm your order, it cannot be changed or edited. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) on days that are not holidays. Your order is usually processed in 24 to 48 hours, but during late August and September processing may take slightly longer. Note that processing time is not included in shipping time. Delivery time is counted from the time your order is picked up by the carrier from our dock, not the time that you place the order.
